1. Raffle Organizer

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of all countries who are 18 years or older, apart from employees of BeyondKitz Club, WWP-Group, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
3. Entry Process and Closing Date
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Details on how to enter the competition are provided in the raffle announcement on www.beyondkitz.com. Only one entry per person will be accepted. The closing date for entry is stated in the raffle announcement on www.beyondkitz.com. No further entries will be accepted after this date.
4. Responsibility
The organizer accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
5. Amendments and Cancellations
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the organizer’s control. Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible by the organizer.
6. Prize Details and Winner Selection
The organizer is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The prize details are stated in the raffle announcement on www.beyondkitz.com. The prize is as stated, and no cash disbursement and/or a replacement of the prizes is possible. Winners will be chosen as stated in the raffle announcement on our website: at random by software from all entries received and verified by the organizer and/or its agents.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Collection
The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner. The organizer will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered. The organizer’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Data Protection
By participating in this raffle, entrants consent to being contacted in the event of a win. (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).The personal data processed in the context of such a raffle initially includes the entrant's name, email address, phone number, and the fact of participation in the raffle. (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).The purpose of conducting raffles is for public relations and the subsequent sending of prizes and publication of the winners. This serves the organizer’s legitimate interest in promoting and documenting the raffle (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).Entrants' data will be stored solely for the duration of the raffle and until the winners have been evaluated; afterward, the data will be deleted. The personal data of the winners will be stored as long as necessary for the distribution of the prizes. Unless the entrant signed up for the organizer’s newsletter then the newsletter’s data privacy statement comes into effect.Entrants can request information about the data stored about them at any time. Additionally, they can request the correction or deletion of their data under certain conditions. 9. Acceptance of Terms
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Austrian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria. Recourse to the courts is not permitted.
